As I left the parking lot @ elk ridge elementary I realized that there was 3 kids in 1 seat at the
light. I asked _________________ to please move. She said “no”.Again and again I asked to move to the seat behind her. And again and again she refused. After making the left on to parkway .I pulled off to the right in a safe place.
Stood up from the drivers seat and told her you need to move..... she responded “You WHO??” I
responded you. She then said “no I am not moving”. I responded “OK what is your name??”. She said my name is Charley brown.” then a varied number of different. “Names”. So I asked the other kids on the bus. “what is her name so I can write her up and we can go home”. That is when she began screaming at me she did nothing wrong. And I had no right to write her up then she stood up from her seat and and started screaming and saying no no no no. in the middle of one of her words he attempted to spit at me I moved a side. I Then asked again In a much louder more a firming voice “if any one on the bus knew her “real name” so that should could be written up and we could move on”. At this point the back 2/3's of the bus stood up and started screaming at me to stop picking on her and she did nothing wrong, and what was my beef with her!! Among other very threatening things.
It was at this time I felt threatened to the point I called 911. I told them the location and that I needed an officer on the seen
After getting off the phone with 911. I saw a federal K9 unit officer and flagged him down. He
informed me he was rather limited in this jurisdiction. He waited with me until about 30 minutes later a Howard county officer arrived on seen. Before the county police arrived Jeff Poole owner of tip top arrived. Also several of the parents arrived also and tried to unload there children from the bus which I did not allow to happen. I was then told to drive to the park n ride by the county officer. Where he then escorted_________________off the bus.
